Hello Everyone! How was your weekend? My weekend was good. Today, I would like to talk about stillness. Every day, I check my phone when I wake up with no purpose. Then I check how the world changes since yesterday during I ride a train and a bus to commute to my office. Also, I am doing this sequence during my way back to home. Even on weekends or vacation days I would continue this routine. But sometimes I need to leave the daily task to have some rest. Therefore, if I am tired of them, I open the Kindle app instead of the news app on my iPhone and I read books because they will give me peace and quiet whether they are printed on papers or digital devices. I recommend digital devices to read if the book is complicated because it is easy to access and return from the notes. Then I realize the classic books may be the helpful for me to understand the latest news meanings rather than the thousand of the Internet news. In conclusion, I try to organize much of the world around me because it’s required to make a better decision in this hectic and too fast modern life I live. Thanks for reading!

Hello Tom! How was your weekend? My weekend was good. Alright, I would like to reply to your COMMENT because I agree and disagree with your comment and I want to add two things to your COMMENT. You talked about digital media and change of media. I like the old way too. I still read newspaper, I like to talk face to face and I do not prefer the online store. But first, the digital devices is just devices. The function of the device is not so different from a paper. You can read and write and communicate with other people as the letter. The important thing is how you use it. Also, the problem of the digital devices in this age is immature technology; someday I believe digital devices will become comfortable things for human being as the paper. Second, the Internet became comprehensive media. As you say, the TV has taken place radio, but the Internet take over the other media. These days you can listen the radio from Internet and can watch the TV from the Internet, even the movies are seen with the Internet. In the end, there is the problem in the digital life now because of the lack of the touch of humanity but it will be changed. Thanks for reading!

Hello everyone! How’s your weekend going? My weekend’s going well. Okay, I would like to talk about Asian culture. In fact, individuals are not required in Japan. But I think this tendency cannot be simply said as Asian culture. Not all the people had to dismiss individuals in the middle age of Japan. There was a concept of a “Kata”, this means the basic or standard. This idea was shared especially by the artists like painters, actors or craftsmen. They had to follow and imitate older works to get the “Kata” but they have to get originality after they get it. They have to build something different on the base of the “Kata”, if they wanted to success. I think this concept has been lost by the modernization and industrialism. Also, Japan and other Asian countries do not still progress to the advanced countries from industry of factory. The success of the industrialization after the world war two strengthens the Japanese people’s mind of the industrialization. I am working in the electronic company in Japan and I feel this is really hard to be changed. Of course the feudalism in the middle age and misconception for the modern democracy are the serious problem for Asian culture. In the end, the cause of the problem for the education is complicated, so we should deal with separately. Thank you for reading.

Hello Ian! How’s it going. I’m doing well. So today I would like to REPLY to your COMMENT because I agree with your comment. You talked about Western education and Asian education. I want to share my experience as an Asian student. I studied at Japanese elementary school, junior high and high school. Then I went to a University located in Tokyo. The high school provided me a cram education to pass the entrance exam for the university. The entrance examinations of most Japanese universities are not easy but only require just how many facts you already know. They don’t ask how you deal with the difficult tasks that there are no easy answers and what you want to do. Despite the system of the entrance exam, the university has Western culture compared to the high school. There is a gap between them and some students would be baffled. In the end, the university professors recommend taking risks but they must change the entrance examination at first. Thank you for reading!

Hello Everyone! How’s it going? I’m doing well. Today I would like to talk about the climate change. The global warming is the undoubted facts. We all know the truth. But the problem is that we could not understand a sense of crisis because the change is slow and discontinuous. Our systems of society especially politics are really poor at this kind of problems. In addition, the real solution have not yet discovered. If we want to generate entire power of electricity from nature power, the huge battery has to be developed since the natural power is unstable. Until the battery comes, we have the way to use nuclear power plant but after the Fukushima there is no option to use that power in Japan. But still I think it is an only way to achieve the goal of the Paris agreement. Whatever the measures are, the most important thing is we need to share the sense of the crisis of the global change. If the global change continue, all of us and our children and grandchildren will suffer the crisis, there is no winner. In conclusion, we have to tell how serious the problem is because there is no time to wait, the 2030 Paris agreement goal will come soon, so we all have the responsibility to save lives for our children and ourselves. Hello Mariona! How was your weekend? My weekend was good as usual. So today I would like to reply to your comment even though I disagree with some of the things you talked about. You talk about climate change, and we have the responsibility to take actions. I think if the people think reasonably and compete for the right direction the economy can be one solution for this crisis. Wasting food is regarded as serious problem these days in Japan, but the people waste their food because it is too cheap because of the glut of food. If you are really starving, produce grains, rise and corns instead of a thousand dollar melon. Even in the poorest country in Africa, the food is over produced and exported. The economic growth and saving the planet can coexist. Hopefully, we have an experience that an economy could reduce air pollution. The Muskie Act enforced in 1970 the go-ahead attempt for restrictions for emission gas succeeded to reduce air pollution. Finally, economy always find a way to solve the problem, so we have the responsibility to share the sense of crisis with the people around us so that our society will set the global warming as problem must be solved soon. Thank you for reading.

Hello everyone! How’s it going? I’m doing well. Alright, I would like to talk about my favorite artist and a song. I like a punk rock music and or rock music. And, I listen classic music or electric music sometime. I usually listen the English music, most of them are made in North America or Britain, and I am not preferred Japanese music even though the Japanese is my mother tongue and I don’t know why. I have been listening the Japanese music when I was junior high school student but I do not now. My favorite band is “Pixies” which is the punk rock band because their music is full of passion and angry feelings but is not just loud, they are not simple not like other punk rock band, so I can listen their music many times. But my favorite song is not the music of “Pixies”, it is the “Reckoner” the song of the alternative rock band “Radiohead”. I like the song’s sad emotional drum and guitar sound. The music always inspires me and makes me creative. In the end, my favorite time to listen to the music is my photo shooting and editing because that gives me wonderful images. Hello James! How was your weekend? My weekend was good as usual. So today I would like to reply to your comment because I am interested in your idea. You talked about the expression “no music, no life” and development of the music, and you said not everyone but most of us are affected by the music. I am curious about the primitive music so let me think about that. There is a tribe in Africa that have no culture of music. Their language just has the two words relating to sound, one indicates the meaning sound and another indicates the none-meaning sound. In our Japanese culture, I think there are two origins of music, the religious ritual and a call used when people cultivate land, plant crops and harvest them. And mathematics has a relationship with the arising of livestock management and agriculture. In conclusion, if there is symmetry between music and mathematics as you say, the birth of music is related to the birth of agriculture, so the music might not exist in the primitive culture. Hello everyone! How are you doing? I’m happy as usual. Today I would like to talk about human characteristics of exploring the new world. I think humans naturally have a curiosity for other parts of the world the place unseen. That’s why we have been explored the earth, and then the outside of the earth. We may not get benefits from the frontier, maybe we should replace a budget for expensive rockets, space shuttle or space vehicles that can only use one time for other things like saving poor people. But we all still have a curiosity for that and the curiosity have good repercussion for the development of new technologies as yet. The development was not what they expected, but we have shared in their benefits even if we are not belonged to the country where spend their resources for breaking ground in the new worlds. The technologies developed by NASA changed our clothes, household items and medicines and especially electrical devices have changed our whole lives. In conclusion, I don’t know the human’s destination, but we all have and approve the curiosity, and whatever the motivation is, it is the fact that our innate desire have been contributed to the mankind. Hello Kentaro! How are you doing? I am fine. So, I would like to reply to your comment because I agree and with what you say. You wrote about the plan B and you wrote you want to go to the Mars. I completely agree with your idea about going to Mars. I want to go to the Mars too! It must be amazingly beautiful place. Even if it would be the dangerous trip it will worth visiting. But for the plan B as the Al Gore and Elon Musk said, I can not agree because we can not escape from responsibilities for the earth. We can not abandon a lot of people who can not escape from the earth. Also, it is said that improving an environment of the earth is much easier than move to the other planet. In the end, we must consider how to recover the environment of this mother planet, but if someday there will be the people who will be born outside the earth, they do not need to think that is the plan B.
